Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.

Order Cancellation

Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed. Because of this, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been submitted.

If you no longer wish to keep your item, you may contact our support team after delivery to initiate a return according to our Return Policy.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after shipment.

Lost or Missing Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Midaura Living is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an error was made on our end, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Shipping Protection

Customers who purchase Shipping Protection during checkout may be eligible for a replacement shipment or refund if their package is lost during transit.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
